These include: arbitration and actions relating to employee misconduct; benefits and managerial compensation; resolution primarily on behalf of individuals and corporate bodies by advising them on negotiations of Collective Bargaining Agreements and Retirement Benefits Schemes.  With one of the Firm’s partners Belinda Kamar having worked in the Federation of Kenya Employers’, the Firm understands the legal aspects of Labour industry and the regulatory environment involved.
